Sky Broadband disconnected

My WiFi router was working find today then suddenly lost internet connection. Tried going through the checks on the My Sky app. It says their checks aren't available atm. What's going on?

@IanS6 First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sky Broadband disconnected

I already tried that. Got this message:

We're having some problems and our tests are unavailable at the moment.

Try again later so we can test your connection.

I know someone a mile away and their broadband is down too. Sounds like a local network issue?

Re: Sky Broadband disconnected

I got the same problem, disconnected at about 6pm on Sunday. Came back Monday morning at 10am now it's disconnected again at 3pm.
The service checker says 'We can't see your hub' power and WiFi light is green, internet light is off, Sky can't tell me what's happening but booked an engineer.
Out of curiosity where are you located?
