Hi all,
My broadband is constantly dropping when connected to a new macbook in my home. Its causing problems with work meetings, tethering off my phone is giving me more consistent speeds. I do need to use a VPN for work if this would be an issue?

Hey, thanks for replying. It's fine without the VPN, the problem is I have to use a VPN for my work logins.
I'll try it on a wired connection it just wouldn't be possible long-term due to my location in the house 🙈

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf its fine without the VPN then that suggests the issue is with the VPN software, Macbook itself or stability of your WiFi connection. I would imagine the first thing your company is going to ask you to do is to use an ethernet cable.
