Sky Broadband connection keeps dropping and no internet when connected

My Broadband keeps losing connecting to my devices and when they are connected there's no internet on the devices. Have tried all the troubleshooting online and had no luck and when I run the service checker on sky it says I have no issues when I clearly do!

When did you last notice the issue happening? Your stats show the router was rebooted about 45mins ago so if the issue was before that then we can't see it

This has been going on since Saturday night. Everytime I try to contact sky I just get directed back to the troubleshooting pages 😭😭
