Sky Broadband and Sky Talk Activation

How do I delay activation until Engineer has been?  Given activation date of June 2nd and engineer not due to arrive until June 10th.

@Teresa161 What are you getting from sky, and why the engineer visit, does not matter when the activation is, that is the go live date!
