Hi,
I'm trying to adjust my settings on Sky Broadband Shield but when going through any browser it comes up with waiting for broadband to be activated?
I've been activated with Sky Broadband for years. It used to work but in recent weeks, for no reason, it is showing as greyed out and telling me my broadband is not active.
I have seen other users on the Sky Community having the same issue but the top answer is bassically, "We've chatted out of the public forums and it is working now." This doesn't help me as I can't see what the fix is to get it working.
I have checked with some of my friends and they seem to be having the same issue. I know everyone says this but it seems to be a new issue affecting a few people and we're struggling to find answers to fix the issue.
Any help will be grateful accepted

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Allan31 if youbare stuck call Sky as they need to check the account authorisations as the Sky id linked to the account holder's email should work.
