Sky Broadband Shield Not Activated when my Broadband is activated

My Sky Broadband Shield is saying it is not activated yet but my broadband has been activated, as I am using it now!  Went live yesterday but portal is telling me it isn't .  Can someone help sort this please as watching kids films over the weekend won't go down well!

@LeeJT1970  The quickest way to get that resolved is to give Sky a call on 150 as the account holder is the only person that can do this. Listen through the voice prompts and stay on the line even if they send you a text.

This way Sky can help resolve this issue to why broadband sheild is not activated.

150?  I don't have Sky Mobile, which I assume is why it is 150.  Are you able to confirm STD number for me to call?

Thanks

@LeeJT1970  Don't you have a landline phone. Can give you a number if you only have a mobile.

Got through to them on an 0333 number, it won't allow me to put the full number unfortunately.

Thanks again for all your help.

If you do need to call them again and you have a Sky Talk landline phone then you can also use 150 to call Sky.

@Serzantik1  Is there any information in track orders in my account about possible issues with your activation?
