Sky Broadband ROI - VPN not working

Hi,


I recently got sky fiber broadband. While everything else works great, I am not able to connect to my work VPN(Global Protect) when I am connected to sky modem Wifi. However it works fine when I connects through wired network. Outside of VPN wifi works fine.
I have reached out to my company infra team, they said VPN doesn't support for IPV6 soI have checked with sky customer support and they confirmed  Sky supports both IPV4 & IPV6.
Below is the modem details:

ModelSR203
Firmware Version7.04.0004.R
DSL Firmware VersionA2pvfbH043p1.d26u
 
Not sure how to troubleshoot further. If anyone faced the same/similar issue and knows the resolution, could you please help?
