Sky Broadband Max: Missing Parental Controls/settings in the My Sky App

Upgraded to sky max for the parental controls, but although it shows all connected devices there is no tab for parental controls under broadband or where I can find to control them using parental controls, can anyone confirm how I access the parental control function?

Router settings on MySky App

I heard you're supposed to be able to access router settings through the MySky app, but I don't see any option on the app?  When I go into broadband and product settings, there is sky go and sky stream, but nothing for my router. I have the new Wi-Fi Max Hub. 

any ideas?

@Martinguy25 the hub settings should be in the My Sky app in the Broadband page in Product settings together with Sky Broadband Shield and Sky Talk Shield. If they are not appearing call Sky.

@Chrisee   I only see Broadband Shield, Talk Shield and Internet Security.   Nothing for hun settings.

@Martinguy25 you need Sky to sort this so I have asked the forum support team to invite you onto an online chat to get this sorted. Once they pick up the message tomorrow they will add a chat icon onto the forum pages for you to use.

@Seans344 Either call Sky or post to confirm you have Wifi Max and thst the My Sky app does not include the settings for the router in the section I posted above.

No WiFi settings in mysky app for Sky Wifi Max router

Hi,

 

I have no settings to control my new router in the app, in my products section I only have the old options (bb shield, security and talk shield)

 

Saw another post where I can be invited to live chat about this

I have this issue, spoke to sky today and was told it's an onboarding problem with ofcom and they are trying to sort it out. Not really good enough as I can't connect my printer and need to tweak some router settings.

I have this issue. Is it possible someone can contact me to assist please? The Hub Settings showed once this morning (it's my go live day) and I changed my router name and password but they defaulted back to the Sky settings and now the option to adjust the settings has vanished.

@DrSlippers I have escalated your post. I have seen other posts where changes to SSID/Password caused problems.

My hub settings not showing up in my sky app

I have WiFi max and I had setting show up in the app yesterday but they have now vanished
