Sky Broadband Hub not been delivered

Today is meant to be my Sky Broadband activation date- but we have not had our hub/Router arrive.  My bill for the new broadband can be seen in my account, but when clicking on track my order it says that I don't have any active orders.

 

What should I do as I need wifi ASAP as I work from home.

@COTEKieran You need to check with Sky if nomorders are showing as it is possible that the order has not gone through as you expected. I have therefore escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
