Sky Broadband Hub faulty port
When engineer installed full fibre he connected to the sky broadband hub box. The WAN Ethernet port is faulty and only worked when lay down. It now does not work at all.
Engineer recommended to request new box

Have you contacted Sky and done that? You definitely won't receive a replacement hub just by posting on here as we're fellow customers.

Re: Sky Broadband Hub faulty port
@DBynon definitely ask Sky for a replacement hub but in the meantime use one of the other ethernet ports as apparently they shouldcswitch to WAN mode but you msy need to reboot the hub.
