Sky Broadband Hub Delivery

My Sky Broadband was activated on the 7th Feb but my hub is still awaiting dispatch, how long does it usually take for dispatch after the activation date as I'm currently still using a dongle?

@Gillespie1 you need to chase Sky up as it sounds like something's wrong. To help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

@Gillespie1  You should be able to see a chat bubble that comes up in one of the corners of the screen that is the place that you have to speak to the advisor.

You should see the blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
