Sky Broadband Gigafast only getting 10Mbps upload and download

I although I have Sky Broadband Gigafast today its only making 10Mbps up and downloads, I have reset the hub etc but still very slow.

How are you connecting to the hub? Ethernet or WiFi? On what device?
