They aren't billed separately for the service: it's priced into the business model.  Sky chooses not to offer the same facility.

Thanks for all the help, that's been really useful.


Wish I had posted on here in the first place, rather than the super painful conversations with Sky support.

Actually each day including weekends after the first two working days (because that's the Openreach target time to fix)
