Sky Broad/talk contract agreed in mid-October is still not in force

I no longer need my Sky Broadband but want to keep my Skytalk. Sky told me that it is not possible to have Skytalk without Sky Broadband. So I then discussed reducing my Sky Broadband to the cheaper level of Social Broadband as I am retired and receive Pension Credit, so I am entitled to Social Broadband at £20 per month (down from the current £43).

Sky agreed to this and I agreed to a 2-year contract. I received an e-mail from Sky on 7th October to confirm this.

But the new contract has not appeared in my Sky login account and the present bill and future bills all show my existing Broadband at the much higher price of £43 per month.

Can anyone advise?

@Alperton

When did you speak to tjem

about this, was it earlier today. If was anything like last week then give them

a call to see if it was updated on your account correctly.
