Sky Booster no longer visible on the WiFi network

After the installation of a Sky Booster last year, I have had the option of an additional WiFi network (my Sky Hub followed by 5ghz) and this has proved useful for mobile devices with a stronger signal. After the activation yesterday of the improved Sky Ultrafast broadband service, this option is no longer visible and this despite the 3 lights on the booster showing green and fully connected. Does anyone know whether this is correct and if not, how I can re-establish the previous booster wifi network (5ghz) option?

If you now are now using the white Max Hub, it's not possible to have unsynchronized WiFi bands on that.

Re: Sky Booster no longer visible on the WiFi network

Thanks for your reply and confirm that I am still using the white Sky max hub (booster) and the only thing that has changed is my upgrade from Superfast to Ultrafast broadband. Am I correct in assuming therfore that with Ultrafast (full fibre) broadband, the additional wifi network previously available (and visible on WSP) via the booster, is no longer available or necessary? Apologies if I am asking a stupid question but I have been unable to get a clear answer to this despite calls to Sky.

If you mean the two WiFi bands as separate SSIDs then yes with Sky Max there is no option to have moderated SSIDs.
