Hi! I am using the Sky Booster EE120 upstairs in order to get a better Wi-Fi signal, which works great. However, does the booster's single Ethernet port support upload as well as download when I connect a computer with a cable directly?

Yes, the booster supports up & down over wifi & when connected via an ethernet cable
