Sky BB Shield blocking site no matter what i do

Sky Shield has blocked a website, in correctly, as there was a security issue on it, but this was in correct. 

But sky are still blocking me access to it. I allowed it in settings, and also turned off the shield, but it stills keeps being blocked.

I called and they said give 24 hours, which i did, no change. Any ideas?

Without wanting to know specifics, is this a web resource which is likely to be blocked as a result of a UK court order or other legal measures?

no, Netcraft Takedown incorrectly flagged it as a dodgy site, then less than 24 hours later sent me an email saying this was in error, and the site is fine, but its caused me no end of issues with AV blocking it,, google flagging it as dangerous, and now sky blocking it
