Has this happened before to anyone?
The broadband contract with Sky will save me £14 a month, but i have 13 months remaining with my existing provider.
Sky say they will take care of it all.

Thankyou for your reply.
I was told that Sky would take care of it all.
Not that i have to pay my existing provider, then send my final bill paid proof for Sky to credit my account with them.

Probably an over-eager salesperson. Be aware that Sky apply their conditions strictly, in both the £100 limit and the way it is processed.
Perhaps worth noting that individual subscription profit margins are too slim to be more generous in poaching customers from other suppliers.

Thankyou for your reply.
The man on the phone will be calling back tomorrow...
He wanted 20 pounds paying today to process the order... i didn't have it to pay.
i rang up to cancel Stream and got almost talkied into broadband!
I don't want a 13 month bill to pay to leave my current broadband provider!

Just phoned again and Cancelled Sky Stream...
A straight forward 5 minute phone call.
No hard sell or fibs about Broadband!
I will ignore the call tomorrow.
I am glad i didn't have the 20 quid available to sign up to Briadband today!
I will wait until my current providers contract end... i don't need a bi pay bill to pay leaving early.
