I've just had G.fast installed and I have a sr-203 router but I've read that the sr204 is for G.fast . Can I replace mine with sr204 ??

G.fast will only work with an sr204.

Has your connection been activated yet?

As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, it's the 204 which has a G.fast modem: the 203 is specified for FTTC and FTTP.

Gfast via sky is only offered at 150mbps ultrasfast product if you have the 500mbps ultrafadt plus then it will be fttp which is why no replacement router was sent
