Since yesterday my Internet keeps dropping I can't watch a full episode on Netflix without it stoppn

Internet keeps dropping every few minutes. It's currently not strong enough to play Netflix yet the service tracker is saying no issues. I have tried troubleshooting through your guide but it won't connect and stay stable. This is happening across the house on phones and on TVs. I called yesterday to cancel my TV package and the gent on the phone removed the boost on my broadband as he said it didn't change the speed or quality I was getting. Since I made that call the service has been appalling. Is this related? My broadband is out of contract and I was given the option re entering a new contract and I was weighing up my options as I have been a customer for so long I didn't want to terminate every service with you but this is ridiculous. Please could you advise on how to help. Feel free to call me. Thanks Michelle

@Greengurl removing the Broadband Boost bundle cannot not be the cause of your current issue.. The bundle is a collection of extras which can get you a wifi booster but does not have any impact on your connection.

If you post your Sky hub's stats they will help forum members to see what may be wrong. The recent wet weather has caused lots of issues as water, copper cables and high frequency electrical signals dont mix that well and the hoary old issue with Wifi are both a possibility but the stats should help pin down which it is see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
