Since upgrading to full fiber, sky constantly pauses

Recently had full fiber upgraded but when watching programmes it's constantly pausing, kicking me out of programs and I'm not getting a service I'm paying for. I keep checking if there is an internet issue and it says no. I have tried turning the box off but this still happens and is very frustrating
