Since the Microsoft problem a few weeks ago we have had broadband connection issues most evenings.

Ever since the Microsoft issue a couple of weeks ago we have lost our Wi-Fi connection most evenings, and it goes off for hours at a time. I've checked the connection and it says there are no known issues in the are, the hub is connected and everything looks ok. However it is not okay. I originally thought it would fix itself when the Microsoft issue was fixed but it's getting worse.  I would like someone to come out and have a look please because there is definitely something wrong.  A lot of neighbours are having problems with Virgin. Could this be linked? Thank you

For starters it wasnt a Microsoft issue, it was Crowdstrike. Secondly this problem would not affect your Sky Broadband
