My hive worked fine with it didn't have to change any settings. Just left it on for a few hours and it must have updated the hive hub itself eventually.

Mine has been on for weeks, still flashing green, reset everything multiple times. Tried the new hive hub box they sent today still flashing on that.

I'm having the exact same issues. Did this ever get resolved?

It was such a pain. The new hub sent to me too 24 hours for a solid green light to appear. I spoke to sky for an hour they could not help. Hive then reset thermostat, receiver and hub to all link up. I ended up buying the new thermostat (£70). Now if the app won't connect I can set heating from the new thermostat.
