Since moving to sky fibre I can’t connect to British Gas Hive.
They're asking is anything at the Sky end stopping the hub from coming online - and are the following router ports open, as these are what the hub uses:
-UDP port 123 (NTP)
-TCP port 443 (HTTPS)
-TCP port 5671 (AMQPS)
any ideas?

In the meantime which hive hub do you have? Take a look below either you don't need firewalls or may be ones missing

There are no special ports that need opening for hive to work on Sky broadband. Just make sure Sky Broadband Shield is disabled & that you are connecting the hive hub directly to the sky hubs ethernet port as often it wont work through a switch.
If you are still having trouble you likely need a replacement hub as I know previously many people who have had issues with Hive & posted on this forum ended up having faulty hubs
