Since moving to Sky broadband images on WhatsApp and messenger not downloading
This only happens in my home with Sky broadband
when I go out mobile connects to new WiFi images download
tried completely resetting up WiFi turning off trying to use mobile data but no joy

@trendlewood check the setting of Sky's Brosdband Shield is not set to limitvsocial,networking by default it is set to age 13 on new connections. The account holder can change the setting by logging into product options in the My Sky app.
