Since moving from Vodafone to SKY, secure folder says results hidden by safesearch.

Since moving from Vodafone to SKY, secure folder says... results hidden by safesearch.  Safesearch says... administrator controls settings.   Please help.

@Martyn21 by default new Sky broadband accounts are set to age 13 in the Broadband `shield account holder can change the setting in the My Sky app. Under product settings.

Are you a Sky Broadband customer as safe search I believe is related to the Sky Broadband Shield settings.
