Since having fibre broadband installed internet connection has been poor

We were advised that fibre broadband signal would be better, but it is considerably worse, we regularly get informed that we have no internet connection, even though on settings it showed no problem, the main Sky Q box is only 8" away from the router.

We have hard wired the router to the main sky q box, and this seems better.

The sky mini box however is still saying there is either no internet connection and/or cannot find Sky Q box to connect to.

We have to reinstate this every few minutes, which makes it impossible to watch anything, and as we are paying extra to have a sky mini box, we are not happy with this situation.

@Andy+Brad Do you still have the black Sky Broadband Hub with your fibre upgrade or did you change to the Sky Max White coloured hub at the upgrade time!
