Hello, I moved to sky broadband and connected all my devices successfully except for one Samsung tv, it has be be wired in to use it. This was not the case with BT broad band. The help line said I had to upgrade my package in order for them to be able to send an engineer to investigate. I wish I had check the tv worked when the engineer who set me up left! Any idea or help to get my tv connected to wireless?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LisaB12 Have you tried to factory reset the TV so it is just like out of the box to see if it will then connect to Sky broadband?
