If it's happening at those times it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the time the phone lines reopen call Sky to report it. Be aware through the lines will still be busy in the aftermath of Storm Eowyn.

Thank you for your input, this crossed my mind an hour later, as its pretty much bang on the exact times.
- And i tried to get back on, about 30 min after that. And it was back up. So yes, dont think i will wait in any que for Sky today, unnecessarily. I think we've nailed the problem. Thanks for helping clarify. Have a great weekend.
