Re: Sick to death of sky broadband
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Sick to death of sky broadband
Thanks for the reply, but Ive had enough. Signed up to Virgin instead. Sky suddenly want to talk to me now Im leaving, but when I phone they do everything to avoid a human contact, then connect you to India. Hopefully Virgin are better, then Ill move my TV and all my mobilephone contracts over too.

Funny enough, I moved from Virgin to Sky for the same reason you moved from Sky to Virgin — best of luck with the switch!

Re: Sick to death of sky broadband
@Niranjancs living in a city does not guarantee a fast internet connection unfortunately and an engineer can often not do anything about that as it is often down to the line to your property,
These days there are more options if your Openreach phone line can only support a slow connection including one of the Altnet providers like City Fibre or mobile broadband which is no longer much more expensive. I would do some research on what your options are
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
