Hi

I have a Sky Q Hub but I have been told I should have Sky Broadband Hub. How do I get one?

I no longer have Sky Q. I use Sky Stream

That makes no difference to the Hub model: typically Sky supplies the Broadband Hub to customers paying for the Broadband Boost supplement.  What's confusing is that the letter Sky sends out when Q television is cancelled implies that a Q Hub is returnable too, which isn't the case if Sky Broadband is being retained.
