@Stacey114 If you have sky Max on your service then use parental controls!
Parental controls with Sky WiFi Max | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

@Stacey114 alternatively unplug the Sky hub or fit a timecswitch tomthe power which obviously isnt ideal but does work
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Shut off internet at certain times
Third option is to attach a separate wireless access point (not another router) and then give the kids the password to that. Change the WiFi key on the Sky Hub and switch the AP off at bedtime.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Shut off internet at certain times
We use Google WiFi Pro as an access point - plugs into the Sky Broadband box and the childrens devices all access through this, not through sky - costs @ £150, but you have total control over timings etc
