Been having issues with the wifi! Woke up to none of my apps loading or websites. When i try and check my internet speed on an app i have it's not possible to load the data but when i use the sky speed test it says it's running perfectly with no issues. New customer for about 3 days and already issues.....please help

Just checked the stats and for some reason it says my LAN is down
