Unless you actually change the SSID of the wifi channels on the Vodaphone Hub then it will still show a Vodaphone SSID, it won't change simply bacause your connecting to another providers service.
If you wish to change it you'll need to go into the hub settings, however as it's not a Sky supplied hub you'll need to google the instructions.
I do find it odd that Sky have not sent you their hub as they tend to like people to use their hardware especially when running any fault finding.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
