Should i be redirected to myrouter.io?

Hi,

When i enter 192.168.0.1 into a browser to access my router it seems to flick to https://myrouter.io/

All looks the same but wanted to check this is correct before i enter my username and password

Thanks in advance

Apparently it is a known change due to how the router is managed in the cloud. Its safe to enter your login details.

That is an odd one. Perhaps this is what happens on the newer hub when you try to go to the web interface. @Chrisee have you seen this when using the Max hub?

@Galdukat

Which hub do you have?

Re: Should i be redirected to myrouter.io?

Hi @jamesn123

I have the Sky Max Hub

I'm sure when i first had it, the address in the web bar just showed http://192.168.0.1/index

If i type that in it changes to https://myrouter.io/

Thanks

A Whois lookup indicates the domain is registered to Comcast, which is probably a clue.
