Above.
A couple of months back, I kind of had a "smashing time" with my landline handset because the staff in my "supported living" place were winding me up at the time (and have been for most of the last 3 and half months)
However, as a result, I'm having to use my Mobile for ALL incoming and outgoing calls (NOT Sky Mobile) and the signal in the area's rubbish most of the time, yet I'm still paying for the line rental etc on the Landline, should I get my Brother to call Sky and get this cancelled?
The account for Broadband/TV/Landline's in HIS name but I'm paying for it apparently.

Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. You can't cancel the Talk side of things without cancelling Broadband as well. Make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff (get the account holder to call Sky if you're not). That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges.
