Should I have to pay for Sky Tv and Sky Glass while my Sky broadband is down?

I have just moved house and waiting on sky to sort out my internet obviously sky being sky its taken months and still not working. I also stupidly go the sky Glass TV and sky TV package and they dont work as it works through the wifi. Sky has paused the broadband and phone payments but not the TV shouldnt they have to do that as it is therir fault?

@Sortitout you can complain and ask them to do so which is your right How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com If they say they wont or 8 weeks pass you can take your compkaint to independent arbitration.

I suspect things are a little more complex than Sky taking months to provide a connection  probably linked to an issue with the Openreach line but whatever. You should also be due compensation for the delay to your line see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

Stream/Glass will work with mobile data as they dont require a Sky Broadbsnd connection.

I'd think that while Sky might  be prepared to to suspend the Glass content subscription, the repayment element would continue because that's a personal loan on a fixed term, not a service charge.
