Shield message “ Looks like you don't have Sky Broadband”

Trying to change default Shield settings. 

Get error "Looks like you don't have Sky Broadband"

@philmeek1 you are most likely signing in with the wrong Sky id to control Broadband Shield younhavecto,becsigned in withnthe account holders id linked tomthe email,addressvused to set up the account. If you arexsure you are or can't remember the id call Sky as this vcan only becsorted over the phone.

Well spotted! Many thanks. 

yes it was an ID/email issue. I had two accounts/properties and different emails and IDs. Closed one account and didn't check everything was set up to use the same ID/address
