Does anyone know why I can't watch porn when my settings are set to 18+ if anyone knows how to be able to change it so I can watch it again I would appreciate you explaining to me please as I currently can't watch it and this is the first time iv been with sky so really would like to watch it again please can someone help me figure this out or do I have to ring up thank you

I have skyQ and I'm trying to get on porn sites and I have my settings to 18+ but when I try to get on them it's keeps saying error occurred and I'm trying to get on sites like porn hub and them kind of sites but can't do it due to it keep saying error occurred how do I get on them and what do I need to do on my sky settings so I am able to watch porn and go on porn websites

It's got to be some sort of issue with the Internet as my partner can't get on porn ether on his phone using my Internet broadband
