Setting up my system plus 3 hubs but the main phone socket is in the hallway, main hub in attic

I have a 3 floor old house

The main Skyhub is located in the attic. The main socket into the house is in the hallway. This has a single long extension lead to the Lounge where it plugs into a router, This router is connected to the main Sky router in the attic and the main Q box by using the electrical circuit and plugs. The Wifi just about copes for the 3 hubs to connect, but the speed can be low.

Is it best to start again and put the main Sky router downstairs connected to the  the main socket and Q box and use the Sky Wifi with a Sky WiFi booster ( do Sky provide them? I am a 24 years Sky member!) to give better speeds?

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
