I'm having exactly the same issue. Done all the troubleshooting. Called the sky phone line and it says call back between 9&9 as they are closed. It 12:49?!
So frustrating as I'm trying to work from home.

@Andy391 if you line is still down this morning and the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling you Sky are already aware of a fault call them. In the UK lines open from 7am in Ireland 9am.
