Service checker on App confirms there is a problem with Wifi but then claims to fix it
Our Wifi has been really poor recently, making working from home virtually impossible when we haven't previously experienced any problem.
Whenever I open up the My Sky app it confirms that there is a problem on WiFi and SkyQ but after pressing the 'Let's fix it' button it conducts tests and then claims that everything looks good.
Strangely, it also claims that the majority of our devices are 'wired' when they are not.
We continue to experience problems and when I next open up the My Sky app it again confirms there is a problem.
I have made all of the usual checks to connections, restarted devices etc but it is now getting seriously inconvenient.

@SC13 What speed are you supposed to be getting on your broadband seeing a 40/5 profile on your router stats. What speed does it tell you are supposed to get in the app when you test your broadband?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Service checker on App confirms there is a problem with Wifi but then claims to fix it
Thank you for trying to help.
It says that the speed to the hub is 36.4 Mb/s, which it has been for many years and more than suits our needs.
We had an additional problem with Sky Q last night where it lost internet connection and then couldn't find the router, even though it is only 4m away from it with no obstruction.
I'm afraid I don't know what a 40/5 profile is.
