My broadband with Sky has just been activated today however I'm having trouble connecting to it. I have run the service checker and it has found problems, however the service checker is down and so I can't continue trouble shooting to fix the problem. And contacting Sky just leads me in circles as they don't openly have a contact number and the generic step to step guides aren't working. The light on my box is red. Any help would be greatly appreciated
