Seeking to install a CCTV doorbell that requires 2.4GHz wifi | Can you help?

Hello

As the title says!😃

I'm seeking to install a CCTV doorbell and the instructions says, it only works with 2.4GHz wifi

I found this Sky Community page,  HOW TO SEPARATE WIFI BANDS (‎01 Dec 2020)

01 Instructions.PNG

Following the instructions, I've identified my Sky hub model but I can't see a WiFi tab however there's a Wireless tab.

Clicking it, I'm directed to http://192.168.0.1/sky_wireless_settings.html

So far, I'm unable to gain entry to finish carrying out the change to 2.4GHz instructions.

I've entered:
Username: Admin
Password: My WiFi password

~ Denied entry

Username: SKYxxxxx (My SSID)
Password: My Sky WiFi password

~ Denied entry

Username: Sky Account ID name
Password: Sky Account password

~ Denied entry

I'm wondering if it's because it's a http webpage and not a https that is denying entry??

Have you been able to add a 2.4GHz to your dual Sky hub and got your CCTV doorbell working using Sky WiFi?  If so, can you direct me how to do mine or a webpage that has step by step instructions for 2024?

Thanks

Please ignore / delete this post.

It appears that the CCTV doorbell, being brand new had not fully charged (says requires 14 hours) therefore it was unable to sync to my mobile immediately.

After posting this, I was still trying to sync it to my mobile when I suddenly saw my room appear on the phone screen. I realised that the battery had enough charge for the sync to be complete but no warning was given that  this was so.

Therefore, please ignore / delete this post.

Thank you
