Seeing connected devices to my WiFi Hub on sky App
I had a new Sky Hub delivered last week for faster internal use and control over devices in the house particularly with the kids. Installed no problem and all devices in the house showing on the Sky App. Next day it's all disappeared and it's showing that I don't have a contract with broadband and offering me new ones. I unplugged the hub and restarted and also deleted the app and reinstalled having read other peoples issues, but still not happening. Any advise please?
