Security framework to make UK telecommunications more resilent

Two days ago I received a letter from 'Your Sky Team' iforming me of a government published (in 2022) a requirement to comply with a new security framework to make the UK telecommunications infrastructure more resilient. the letter goes on to inform me that to update or change my hub I should visit your portal. I did this and would like my hub changed or updated, whtever is necessary to comply.

@Dopey4  If you can't request it online tou need to call, no one here knows who you are or even where to send a hib to as we are mainly customers here.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Dopey4

It's a genuine letter. I changed my Sky Q hub after receiving a similar email.

There should be a URL quoted at the foot of the letter. When you go to this, there's a dropdown option to change your hub...

If that doesn't work you'll need to call Sky to arrange it.

I cannot spend the rest of the day answering stupid questions. If you cannot address the reason for me contacting you, then we will have to call it quits and close this chat as it would be futile to continue> Thanks for nothing!!

@Dopey4
If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

What stupid questions?

@Dopey4 No-one asked you any questions, you may want to try rereading the replies and then appologise to those fellow customers who just tried to offer you the correct advice.
