Fair comment @Highlinder I've got Neos and Ring and never faffed about splitting the wifi frequencies
Just used the apps associated with my camera brand each too their own I guess.

I have ring and blink .these work fine ,the cameras are ezviz and I tried setting then up via the phone app

I have the same issue, my security cameras cant connect with SKy network since I switched from my previous broadband provider, what is the best way to fix it please, thanks!

Hi @josedublin I have Ring and Neos cameras just use the appfor your camera brand to connect them to the Sky network.
Yes Sky is my broadband provider

I had vodafone before and the cameras works fine, but now after switch to Sky I cant connect again, also for Alexa I had may issues to try to connect it and for the device that control the heating. why it is happen?

Fair comment @josedublin I don't have a device that controls the heating so can't comment on that.
But this may help if you have a smart thermostat

Smart Home dashboard via Firetvstick connected to tv don't have any issues with Alexa either.
I normally find if you delete your devices that you are having issues with in Alexa then let the Alexa app discover them again.

I figure out the issue with Alexa, now it is connected and the device that control the heating is fixed too, but not luck yet with the security camera, I use camHi app, for other hand, the ring bell which is a camera too, is connected succesfully. is only with the security camera the issue, do you think divide the frequency of the broadband can help ?

Hi @josedublin you could no harm in trying I haven't tried it myself from my point of view it's alot of faffing about but each too their own I guess

I did it , but not luck , still cant connect with Sky wifi, I called the Sky customer support and the suggestion was to contact with camera factory team, so will see what they say, someone else have installed Luowice camera?
