Had a call to say broadband fibre is being upgraded and engineer needs to visit. Then proceeded to ask personal data questions to verify who I was before arranging visit date. I stopped the call. Do sky arrange engineer visits like this? Will they then ask for my full name, address, mothers maiden name, etc ? Felt like a scam
