Saying I’m connected, but I’m not

hi I need help. I've just checked on my phone. It says I have Internet connection but it seems like the broadband box isn't connecting to my sky Q box which is also making the mini box not work

@Tony751 Have you tried power off on the Q to see if it re connects. You may have to reset the router also!
