Say WiFi is OK but the network disappeared
Hi,
I checked on the app and it says the WiFi is okay but I've just been disconnected and the WiFi dissappeared on the available options for my iPad, iPhone or laptop. I can still see my neighbour's BT but my sky WiFi has disappeared (I didn't move and am in my usual room 2 m away from the box). I was in the middle of trying an email when the connection got lost (I'm now on My 5G)

Have you tried rebooting yoour broadband hub at the mains ?
